Why is pau gasol taking all the blame for the lakers?

nba.com saying the lakers are pau-erless (powerless) in the mavericks series, and multiple espn retarded analyists are saying that its all pay gasols fault? why is it his fault? personally i think phil and kobe should take the blame but why arn't they?
