Ladies..Can you help me with these Pills?!?

So I just bought Breast Actives yesterday. They help women's breasts enlarge (supposebly anyway. I'm going to experience). The directions are to take 2 a day for adults. I am 18 so i'm pretty much considered an adult...should i take 1 or 2 a day? I want them to last longer but I want to see results. There is also a cream that I put on every morning... do you suggest anything with the cream that will give me faster results safely?
