My younger child is 1 and half yrs old. I have already started his solid food. Now he also takes breast milk. ?

I want to stop breast feed now but am not able to do so. I think due to that he doesnot take bottle milk. He also hates eating rice. Now how can i provide proper meals which he'll like and eat. Please suggest me how to makw him forget breast milk.
