Question about Lupus and Cancer?

I was told that I have low platelets when I was 16. I am now 28. About 5 years ago when I had my 1st child, I was diagnosed with ITP. My platelets run 70-100,000. I have had tons and tons of CBC's done. Everything is normal except my platelets. About 7 months ago I found out I had some enlarged lymphnodes in my neck. They are around 1.5 cm. I was told they are big enough to be concerned about but it would do more harm if they biopsied them now. I finally switched drs. On my first visit he said my spleen was enlarged about 6 inches. I am scheduled for a liver spleen scan and a ct of my abdomen. Just wondering what this could end up being. Thanks in advance for all serious replies.
