Pregnant, enlarged heart, what does this mean?

i have been to see my cardiologist who says that my heart is enlarged. he said before pregnancy, my left ventricular end-systolic dimension was 5.7cm. it is now 6.1cm. i'm unsure what this means... can anyone help??
