How do I get rid of these stubborn pimples on my chin?

In the last month or so, I randomly started developing stubborn acne all over my chin! I think my boyfriend is to blame, because he has a little bit of facial hair. Anyways, there are lots of little ones, and then one at a time, one will enlarge and become rather painful. It is unattractive, painful, frustrating, and just very bizarre that it is only on my chin and nowhere else on my face. I have had acne all my teen years, and I am almost 19 and i rarely break out anymore, until now! I have tried many treatments and nothing seems to be getting rid of my pimples permanently. Any suggestions on how I can get rid of these zits??
