Help! =/. Ultrasound on scrotum after cat scan.?

I had a CT scan yesterday after having side pain on my left side for about 6 months after they found my spleen was enlarged. They called back this morning and want me to have an ultrasound on my scrotum. WHY do they want this? My CT scan was on my stomach and pelvis area. I'm really scared.
