Ache question about pores?!?!?!?

So im 14 and have never really had bad ache like a few breakouts hear and there and recently i have been getting more breakouts but theres like 4 small blackheads or i thought they were but then i asked my mom and she said they were my pores just enlarged... i was just wondering if my pores will ever be small or normal again?
