I have missed my period?

I take Utovlan for heavy periods but haven't taken it as I should. I have now missed my period and have sensitive breasts with enlarged and bumpy nipples. I am also bloated and have had a headache for a number of days. I have had 2 negative pregnancy tests taken 4 days after my period was due. Is it possible I could be pregnant?
